Anthony Morrow's work leaps off the page and envelops you in a world of wonder and color. Full of exuberance his images come to life and portray everyday objects in an extraordinary splash of effervescent whimsy. When you view Anthony's work, you can tell that the world is his muse. Raised in Lumberton, New Jersey, he was inspired by nature to capture everything he saw. Anthony always loved drawing and went on to receive his BFA in illustration from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Understanding that the computer would soon be a valuable tool for graphic purposes, Anthony purchased his first Macintosh computer and began offering freelance design services to advertising agencies. He eventually owned and operated his own successful advertising agency. Confined to a small studio space, Anthony began producing digital paintings as a creative outlet. Eventually he mastered the new media and the result has been a unique, fanciful style of his own creation. Anthony gets most of his inspiration from nature, objects he finds, and great artists like Matisse, Gauguin and Cezanne. Using modern techniques, old-fashioned principles, and his graphic design background, Anthony has taken a new approach to color, proportion and overall presentation. The world is a brighter place through the eyes of Anthony Morrow.
