For as long as she can remember Carol Dillon has loved art and all dogs of every size and shape. She was always involved in art from a very early age, and after receiving her BA from the Burnley School of Professional Art in Seattle, Washington, Carol worked at Nordstrom in advertising. She now spends her time capturing the sparkle in the eyes of each dog as they lounge in their brightly colored, favorite spot. Artist Carol is known to create one of a kind, custom dog portraits on canvas working in acrylics. Her greatest reward was when a tearful client said to her: "You have captured my dog perfectly!" Her images capture dogs’ unique personalities and charm creating deeply moving and cherished treasures of your beloved pet to last a lifetime. She would love to paint custom portraits of dogs or any dog her clients love.

Though she was strongly influenced what she learnt in college, she has devoted herself to developing her own style. She lets her palette and brush express the imagination, and her painting process is guided by her observations. Carol prefers to achieve quality without adding too much detail or sophistication.
