Lorena B. Grabinski is a Barcelona-based photographer. She holds a degree in psychology but photography simply stole her heart and she can’t imagine life without photography. In the last few years photography has become an essential part of her life, of her-self. She likes to see each photograph as a unique glimpse into a moment/story that will never be told in the same way never again. Lorena says photography is discovery, sense, imagination, freedom....creation. Her photography has been described as sensitive and serene. What it's important to her is to feel and convey emotions along the whole creative process. She’s constantly looking for ways to enrich her style and to broaden her artistic expression. Since an early age she found in arts a great medium that she could use to express herself, it was music first but photography took over. As a former psychologist, she says that she’s found in photography her best therapy.
She started out mostly with travel photography, and she’s been evolving to a more fine art work, which she loves. Lorena submerged in a whole new world! Her inspiration comes from so many different sources but one of the most important is definitely nature. She loves to shoot outdoors, surrounded by nature wonders, in natural light. Her inspiration always evolves and so her photography style. This is what she loves most from photography, that the variety it offers is an endless learning process. The journey has no end and is full of pleasures. Lorena is a lover of travel, art and nature, and she’s found in photography a true passion and a great medium through which she communicates with her viewers.
