Marty Hulsebos Wall Art

Marty Hulsebos’ love of light and how it brings out the beauty of landscapes is the heart of his art. If he could stare through his lens from dawn to dusk, he’d still lose hundreds of opportunities. He says that a one degree shift in any direction brings a new opportunity. And that knowing when to shift and when to shift his gaze is an ongoing lesson in the field. Each of his collectors reaps the benefits of that dedication for as many moments as they choose. He exhibits at top juried art shows across the country, where he’s won many awards. He’s therefore grateful and humbled with each moment he presents to his collectors. Ultimately, his true joy is to know he’s impacting thousands of lives everyday. His images came from illuminations he found with his instincts and his dedication to the moment.

The experience of seeing the beauty in nature and being fully awake and aware in the moment is the essence of his photography. He’s inspired to capture it and share it with his viewers. He welcomes the viewers to explore some of the images he’s enjoyed creating over the past 28 years. This is an art Marty has practiced and refined over many years. He says that great lighting in a landscape is a challenge to capture and wonderful to experience. He adds that light is also a challenge to reproduce in a fine art print. For 2 decades he photographed with film, both black-and-white and color; he now shoots fully digital.
