Bernadette Pottiez Wall Art

Bernadette Pottiez (Born in 1955) is an artist who lives and works in France. She has done artwork as long as she can remember. What started out as an interest in painting has grown to advanced levels of art. Bernadette has always been influenced by what she observes. These have allowed her to obtain the unique look on her artwork. She brings many new and textured mediums to mix with her great sense of light, color, and spacing. She uses an unusual base material - wood that is artificially curved, as used to make ships or barrels. She starts by using numerous base coats that she applies before she applies the paint itself. The effect is amazing: the polished blue and red tones that shine intensely against an auburn, warm background. Bernadette is a talented designer with great insight to different eclectic multi-layering of colors, objects and textures. Her prints and paintings are a critical and commercial hit, which has seen her being noticed by many collectors.

Bernadetteā€™s pieces of artwork are now much sought after by many private collectors and galleries throughout the world. Her work is featured in countless products throughout the world. They can be found in several institutions and in many private and corporate collections all over the world. Arabesques and gold-colored ornaments emphasize the oriental impression Bernadette lends her works. However, her works do not just come from the Arab world, but also from Australia and Black Africa. She is always on the lookout for new techniques to help improve her work.
