Jodi Reeb-myers Wall Art

Jodi Reeb-Myers’ work is about creating harmony and healing that reflects his community. He believes that art can lessen the effects of illness using metaphors for healing. Jodi’s work is very symbolic such as trees and leaves associated with seasonal transitions, and nests signifying nurturing. Born in the Midwest, the artist has been creating art since childhood. Her pieces of art have been shown internationally and have received numerous awards, and are in many corporate and private collections nationally. Jodi holds a Bachelor's degree in Studio Fine Art from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. After graduation, she got an opportunity to teach in the college for 9 years. She was instructing advanced printmaking in the Continuing Studies program. She has also taught printmaking, painting and mixed media at North Hennepin Technical College, the Duluth Art Institute, Minnetonka Center for the Arts and Edina Art Center.

Currently, Jodi is a freelance artist who works for Visual Art in North Minneapolis as one of the artists in the Traffic Zone Center. She is excited to have been chosen to create the commemorative print for Metris Uptown Art Fair in 2004. Her artwork is available as both originals, giclee' reproductions, and posters. She specializes in original fine art for sale such as wall art installations, Encaustic paintings, sculptural art, abstract art, landscape art, contemporary art, and wall sculpture. Jodi also teaches Encaustic painting workshops in her Minneapolis studio. She says that she specializes in original wall sculpture, custom abstract art, corporate art, painted acrylic wall art, and commercial art installations for public clinics and healthcare hospital, hospitality and hotels, private spaces and corporate offices.
